Yoga Strength & Conditioning (HIIT)
Strength & Conditioning (HIIT) is all about building strong biomechanics, core strength and optimizing alignment while you condition. Expect to develop strength and stamina using yoga & joint mobility drills, dumbbells, and bodyweight while using HIIT timing protocols that will keep you progressing. All levels. Available to all levels.
